Pat Pevreall has been cooking for 40 years; taking a keen interest in cooking once she was married and had children. Pat, along with husband Tony, are based in the picturesque Eden Valley, on 3 acres, ¼ acre of which is daffodils.
Apton Field food range is quiches and fruit cakes and when spring arrives, Tony will have daffodils available for sale.
Most products are sourced locally, meat from Mount Pleasant Butcher, and her fruit and vegetables from local growers, and the eggs for her quiches from her own free range chickens.
Their range of quiches is Pumpkin & Fetta, Spinach & Fetta, Roast Vegetables, Mushroom & Red Onion, and Quiche Lorraine.
