The Mount Pleasant Natural Resource Centre Inc (MPNRC) is located in the Mt Lofty Ranges in South Australia, is a non-profit volunteer based centre. The Centre opened in 2000 with the vision of local community members who wanted a resource in the region to access information on natural resource issues. The MPNRC started the Farmers Market Project in 2010. The MPNRC provided funds, staff time, and endless volunteer hours to make this project a reality and continues to support the market though their supply of space for the market office, and volunteer assistance.
Springton Hill Wines
Springton Hills Wines is a small boutique family owned winery where all wines are produced on the estate in our purpose built winery. All wines are made from fruit grown on the property which was planted by the owners progressively from 2001.
Springton Hills Wines is owned and run by the Ciccocioppo family who prides itself on the integration of the traditional wine making processes with current practices.
The two main vines grown at Springton Hills Wines are Shiraz and Riesling. Currently Springton Hills Wines has around 20 acres of vines planted. This will only increase in the coming years as
