We are Wendy and Amy Longbottom a mother and daughter team based in Mt Barker making traditional Dutch hand piped and rolled biscuits which are very time consuming but very satisfying.

As many of our ingredients as possible are sourced locally – Laucke Flour, Solar Free range eggs and Clemco Almonds to name a few which we activate before they become our beautiful  Almond Delights biscuits.

Our other all butter  biscuits are Macadamia, Melting Moments, Chocolate Chip(Palm Oil FREE), Toffee Rounds, Dutch Shortbread, Coconut, Pistachio & Cranberry and the very traditional Dutch Speculaa.

We also do a very special pastry called The Eccle (cake) which is a English pastry with it’s generous filling of currants mixt peel and a spice mix which are a meal in themselves.

Our Bakery is in Mt Barker at 10 Mann St (Behind the police station). We are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am till 3pm and Thursdays 9am till 12pm OR if the green A Frame is out the front we are open. Come in store for free tastings before you buy  and the smell is amazing worth the trip itself.
